Free express shipping on all Australian orders (1-2 business days)
A tracking number will be provided to you once your purchase has been dispatched.
Free international shipping for all orders over $500 (2-5 business days)
For orders under $500 a flat rate of $30 will be applied (2-5 business days)
All international orders will be shipped via our nominated international courier service with an estimated delivery within 2-5 business days of dispatch. A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched. Some countries may require the customer to pay duties and taxes on your purchase and is not included in the price.

We will always process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, generally within 2 business days once your purchase has been confirmed. We will not be responsible for any orders lost during shipping.
Van Der Kooij will happily offer refunds or returns on full priced items within 14 days of purchase. The garment must be as new, unworn with all tags still attached. Please note we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or custom orders. The customer is responsible for all costs to return the item. There will be no refund for original postage costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us directly before returning any item email@example.com
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be return, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Custom Orders (if applicable)
Custom order styles are indicated on the product page in question. If you order one of our custom made pieces please note these are only put into production once the item has been ordered and paid for in full. We cut and make these one by one and this can take 4-6 weeks from order being placed to the item being shipped. We do not accept refunds or returns on custom orders with the exception of a manufacturing fault.
Where to send returns
To return your product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for postal address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
